Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Longspace a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service according to your visibility settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish your content, including images, testimonials, logos, and third-party material.
Acceptable use
You must not use Longspace to:
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or deliberately misleading content.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, or content intended to compromise the service or its users.
- Scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security and access controls.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Longspace reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change over time. Features may be added, updated, limited, or removed. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
Account action
You may stop using the service or deactivate your profile through available account controls. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, harm other users, or threaten the security or operation of Longspace.
Disclaimers and liability
Longspace is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific opportunities, search ranking, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the service.
