Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Longspace processes, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and sign-in details.
- Profile content you provide, such as your name, biography, work, Knowledge Shots, links, contact details, and images.
- Settings and preferences, including profile visibility, theme, template, and privacy choices.
- Basic usage and technical information used for security, reliability, and profile analytics, such as device identifiers and profile visits.
How we use information
We use your information to create and operate your account, publish the content you choose to share, provide profile analytics, process media uploads, secure the service, prevent abuse, and communicate important service messages.
Public profiles and your choices
Information on a published profile may be visible to anyone with the link and, when enabled, to search engines. You can control profile visibility, search preferences, contact details, and individual sections from your dashboard. PIN protection can be used when you want to restrict access.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, database hosting, and media storage. They process information only to provide their services to Longspace and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can review and update most profile information from your dashboard. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Deactivating a profile may hide it without immediately deleting every account record or backup.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as Longspace changes. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
Questions
For privacy questions or requests, contact the Longspace team through the service. Please also review our Terms of Service.
